In-Person TREATMENT AND EVALUATION

We offer a full scope of treatments of massage, acupuncture and stretching. Raise the Bar Rehab helps athletes of all levels improve on problem areas and move well in all phases of life. Your coach will begin with a conversation, and get to know what you want to accomplish – and what’s held you back in the past. Our goal is to get you healthy and back to breaking personal PR’s.

Raise the Bar Rehab offers several different programs to manage injuries, improve strength, and get you to your goals healthy and faster than ever. We take our process seriously. We utilize several online tools if we work with you remotely or schedule in-person appointments. It’s all based on your unique circumstance and we work diligently to create the best experience for you.

Remove the Stress

Training intensity is a form of stress on your body, just like poor nourishment, lack of sleep, and anxiety about that presentation next Thursday. So instead of crushing you with workouts that leave you exhausted or injury-prone, Raise the Bar Rehab will take your stress profile into account when designing your program or rehab plan, and check in with you frequently to make sure you get the right dose of movement prep.
